Refund Policy

Refund Request

To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request via email at info@visaacer.com or through our official communication channels. In your request, please include all relevant details, such as your name, contact information, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is deemed applicable, it will be processed within 90 to 120 working days from the date of submission of the refund application form, along with a copy of the original payment receipt.

Refund in Case of Withdrawal

No refund shall be granted if the client withdraws or abandons their application during the proceedings after signing up, regardless of the reason.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be determined based on the terms outlined in your service agreement. Refunds may be issued for services that have not yet been rendered or for services that do not meet the agreed-upon standards.

Refund in Case of Rejection

If your visa application is rejected by any immigration authority, consulate, or high commission, VisaAcer is not liable to refund any professional or service fees as per our refund policy.

Non-Refundable Fees

Some fees, including government fees or third-party charges, are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Change of Circumstances

If your circumstances change during the visa process and you become ineligible for the service, we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund or partial refund can be issued.
